 DELIVERY:

 Your order will require a signature on arrival and may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card should be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.

We know how important your order is, this is why all orders have to be signed on delivery and WE provide all our customers with a tracking number for each package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members or people you share your house with in case another house member received it on your behalf.

We will always do our best to assist you, but WE do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit as insurance is offered at checkout. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of ordering.

Shipping confirmation?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

International shipping?

WE are proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in AUD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default Australian Dollars on the checkout page.

How long does shipping take?

International delivery times will vary. Please use our contact us tab. Supply us with shipping destination and quantities and we can give you an estimate on a delivery time and shipping cost. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

Will I be charged with Customs and Taxes?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination that may occur in some countries, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We process and ship orders quickly, Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
